Steele Fitzwater, bass-baritone, is a dynamic and versatile performer whose artistry seamlessly bridges the worlds of opera, concert repertoire, and contemporary works. Originally from Dawson, West Virginia, Steele is a recent graduate of Indiana University’s prestigious Jacobs School of Music, where he earned his master’s degree in vocal performance and a Performer’s Diploma under the tutelage of renowned bass Peter Volpe and legendary soprano Carol Vaness.
